Hair Growth
Hair growth is the cycle in which follicles in the scalp build new hair, rest, shed it and start again, and it is steered by stem cells and signals within each follicle. Among supplements, TB-500 is the one with reviewed research, and the evidence is very limited: studies found it stimulated follicle stem cells and promoted hair growth in animals. Those studies were small and mostly animal or lab work, so they say little yet about what it might do for people.
