Frequently Asked Questions

What DNA services are supported?
23andMe (v3, v4, v5) and AncestryDNA. We auto-detect your file format. Coverage is typically 85-95% of our 65-SNP panel.
How is this different from 23andMe health reports?
23andMe tells you about genetic traits. We map your genetics to our database of 470+ supplements with A-D evidence grades — telling you which specific supplements match your genetic profile and why.
Is my genetic data stored?
Your raw genetic file is processed and immediately discarded. We only store your interpreted results (pathway scores and supplement rankings). No raw genotype data is retained.
What if I have the MTHFR mutation?
We test both MTHFR variants (C677T and A1298C) plus 4 additional methylation genes. If you carry MTHFR variants, your report will flag which forms of B vitamins work best for your genotype — methylfolate vs folic acid, active B12 vs cyanocobalamin.
Is this medical advice?
No. This is educational information based on published pharmacogenomic research. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen.
