Supplement
Cangfu Daotan Decoction is a traditional Chinese herbal formula, made from several plants and used for irregular cycles. In women with polycystic ovary syndrome and infertility, meta-analyses of Chinese trials found that adding it to clomiphene gave higher ovulation and pregnancy rates than clomiphene alone. The evidence is limited, though, since the trials varied widely, carried a risk of bias, and were of low quality.
