Korean black raspberry is a dark berry rich in plant pigments called anthocyanins, which work as antioxidants in the body. The evidence is limited: in a small group of 15 people, levels of the body's antioxidant enzymes went up. Blood glucose showed no clear difference in an even smaller group of nine people, so the evidence there is very limited and far from settled.
