Supplement
Paederia foetida is a climbing vine used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine, and its extracts contain bioactive compounds that are not well characterized. The clearest finding involves male hormones: in a rat study, its extract raised testosterone levels, and a rodent study reported aphrodisiac effects, though the evidence is very limited. All of this comes from animals or lab work, with no human trials, so it says little about what people might experience.

General
| Grade | Outcome | Effect | Size | Studies | People | Studies list |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Testosterone In a single rat study, Paederia foetida extract produced dose- and time-dependent increases in serum testosterone levels. No human clinical trials have been conducted to confirm this effect. | Improves (the measure goes up) | Moderate effect | ||||
| Male Sexual Function One rodent study reported aphrodisiac and erectogenic effects alongside increased semen production with Paederia foetida supplementation. Findings remain unreplicated and untested in humans. | Improves (the measure goes up) | Moderate effect |

| Inflammation Preclinical data suggest anti-inflammatory activity of Paederia foetida extracts. Evidence is limited to early-stage in vitro or animal models with no human confirmation. | Improves (the measure goes down) | Small effect |
