Nefiracetam

Nefiracetam is a lab-made member of the racetam family, thought to influence how brain cells signal to one another. Research has focused on apathy in people with depression after a stroke, and a double-blind trial of 137 people found apathy improved, though the evidence is limited. That same trial saw no clear difference in depression symptoms, and as a single small study, it leaves much unanswered.
