Hair Health
Hair health reflects how well the follicles in your scalp grow strands that are strong, thick and anchored, a process shaped by hormones, nutrition and the natural cycle of hair growth and rest. Among supplements, GHK-Cu and vitamin B5 have the most reviewed research, and small studies found hair growth went up with GHK-Cu and hair strength went up with vitamin B5. The evidence for both is limited, since the trials were small, so firm conclusions aren't possible yet.
